4. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to: (a) provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and access required for the project; (b) review and respond to deliverables and requests for feedback within reasonable timeframes; (c) ensure that any content or materials you supply do not infringe the rights of any third party; and (d) comply with all applicable laws in connection with your use of our services. Delays caused by your failure to provide required inputs may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of ZoneTechify.
5. Payments and Fees
Fees for our services are as set out in the applicable proposal, quotation, or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, an advance payment may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or as per the agreed payment schedule. All invoices are payable within the stated due date. Late payments may result in the suspension of work and, where applicable, additional charges. Unless expressly stated, all fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are the responsibility of the client.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital and creative services, fees paid for work already performed are generally non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, we encourage you to raise your concerns so we can address them through reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. Any refund, where applicable, will be considered on a case-by-case basis and limited to work not yet commenced. Advance payments and setup fees are non-refundable once a project has started.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and software created by ZoneTechify remain our intellectual property until full payment for the relevant services has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final agreed deliverables will transfer to the client, unless otherwise stated in writing. ZoneTechify retains the right to reuse general skills, techniques, and non-client-specific know-how, and to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of an engagement, and to use such information solely for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, already known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Our services may rely on or link to third-party tools, platforms, and websites (such as hosting providers, advertising networks, and analytics services). ZoneTechify is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their respective terms and policies. Any fees charged by third parties are separate from, and in addition to, ZoneTechify's fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality work, ZoneTechify makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding specific results, rankings, traffic, revenue, or other outcomes, as these depend on many factors beyond our control. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoneTechify and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. In any event, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the effective date of termination. ZoneTechify reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its website or services immediately in the event of a breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of our services.
